Ginger-Lemon Tea

This is a wonderful digestive tea. Ginger is anti-inflammatory and lemon is very cleansing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiling filtered water
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 3-inch piece of ginger, grated

Directions: Add ingredients into a tea mug, stir and let sit for 2-5 minutes.

Note: I like to drink this soothing beverage at the end of the day however, it can be enjoyed at any time that you have digestive upset or nausea.
